Dacodac Performance undertakes to respond to your request within one month of receiving it. That period may be extended by a further two months where the complexity or number of requests justifies it, in which case you will be informed.
Dacodac Performance implements all appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss, destruction, alteration, unauthorised access or disclosure, in accordance with article 32 GDPR.

As no system is infallible, Dacodac Performance cannot guarantee absolute security. Transmitting information over the internet carries inherent risks which the Customer accepts by using the site.
The site www.dacodacperformance.com and the services offered are not intended for persons under 18. Dacodac Performance does not knowingly collect personal data concerning minors.
If a parent or legal guardian becomes aware that their child has provided us with personal data without their consent, they are invited to contact us at contact@dacodacperformance.com so that the data can be deleted as quickly as possible.
